Refund Policy 

Our donation refund policy is 30 days. In order to be eligible for a donation to refund and complete the refund, we need the donation receipt or certificate.

Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refunds.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

For donations made using the CCEP Foundation & CCEP Association website, if you have made an error in making your donation or changed your mind about your contributions, we will complete your refund request within 30 days after the donation.
