Our Vision and Mission
Legal aid to the needy and vulnerable is necessary for the preservation of the rule of law. We serve the community by facilitating access to justice for the poor, downtrodden, and weaker sections of society so that no one is deprived of legal advice and help because of their ignorance, poverty, or other disability.
Our Objectives
We are committed to:
- providing legal advice and help to the needy and vulnerable across the country
- identifying areas of need in the community for pro bono legal services
- developing public legal literacy by conducting various online and offline legal awareness programs
- coordinate the provision of civil, criminal and community pro bono legal services with various agencies
- recruit, train and manage volunteers from the legal fraternity and beyond for the provision of pro bono services
The Legal Services
If you are facing any of the following legal issues and can not afford to pay full legal fees, you can schedule a free basic legal guidance appointment at our online or selected physical clinics.

CORPORATE AND COMMERCIAL LAW
Setting up of business; shareholders agreement; licensing and franchising; shareholders disputes; directors duties; minority shareholders interest; acquisition of shares; legal due diligence; liaison with securities Commissions of Malaysia/ Bank Negara Malaysia/ Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia
FAMILY LAW
Divorce; children custody; maintenance issues; family trust; will; inheritance issues; probate application; Letter of Administration application; distributions of assets

Drugs, traffic offenses
EMPLOYMENT LAW
Employment letter; termination of employment; resignation; wrongful dismissal; EPF contribution; other rights and obligations of an employer or employee

Operation Hours
Our online clinics are open every day from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and eves). The physical clinics open on selected weekends. You can find the location of physical clinics on our webpage. During the appointment, you will receive one-on-one legal guidance for 15-30 minutes. You must register by completing the Registration/ Application Form as set out in Appendix 1 herein, before scheduling an appointment at our legal clinics. After registering, an appointment will be arranged for you to meet one of our lawyers at a legal clinic. Please be prepared that there may be a 1 to 2-week waiting time, so do have alternative dates in mind when arranging an appointment. In cases where clarification is needed, more time may be required to process your application. Should your matter be time-sensitive and/or urgent, eg. you have to file Court documents; you may wish to contact us at [email protected] .
Please Note
(1) Your particulars, that of other persons involved in your matter, case details, and supporting documents may be required. The information you provide will be kept strictly confidential and will only be shared with persons involved in providing you guidance. The information provided will be kept for record purposes and will not be deleted, even if your application is rejected, or you do not attend the clinic session.
(2) You can only attend one consultation for your legal issue. The lawyer will give general legal guidance only and will not represent or draft documents for you as part of the legal clinic service.
(3) Our consultation may be by a Zoom video call. You will need internet access from your device. We will record the consultation session for quality control and audit purposes. While you may take notes, you may not record the session, whether in audio, video or any other form.
(4) If you do not confirm your appointment slot within 3 working days, it will be canceled. Please check your email inbox, as well as junk/spam boxes to reply and accept the offered slot.
(5) You are required to sign a Terms and Conditions of Service form as set out in Appendix 2 as a condition for receiving guidance. Any accompanying person must also agree to and sign the Accompanying Person Terms and Conditions form as set out in Appendix 3.
(6) We reserve the right to schedule or cancel appointments.
